The Tracery St. John’s hill

Set perfectly within the skin of the original 1868 church. Three large apartments and a townhouse have been created by Charters property. Charters Property are a property developer specialising in premium quality residential development. They design and deliver exceptional homes throughout Shropshire and the wider area. They don’t compromise on quality and because of this are a pleasure to work for.

On this project Charters took advantage of all the original details, with high ceilings and individual design elements to create an exceptional space. McMillan & Holder were contracted to restore, where possible and replace, where not, all stone elements on this restoration project.
